Directory Tomography contains raw data corresponding to calculations presented in arXiv: Files are organised in the following folder tree: |-- Movies |-- Ne20_OBLATE |   |-- out_CPDA00_LB |   |-- out_CPDA01_LB |   |-- out_CPDA10_LB |   |-- out_CPDA11_LB |   |-- out_PZNN_LB |   +-- out_PZPP_LB |-- Ne20_PROLATE |   |-- out_CPDA00_LB |   |-- out_CPDA01_LB |   |-- out_CPDA10_LB |   |-- out_CPDA11_LB |   |-- out_PZNN_LB |   +-- out_PZPP_LB +-- O16 |-- out_CPDA00 |-- out_CPDA01 |-- out_CPDA10 |-- out_CPDA11 |-- out_PZNN +-- out_PZPP The subfolder [Movies] contains Neutron (n) and Proton (p) conditional density C(tau,p) (tau = n, p) of oblate Ne20, prolate Ne20, and O16, on the condition that a proton is found at z2, which are generated from the following raw data. The raw data files for the tomography calculations are placed under the subfolders: [Ne20_OBLATE] [Ne20_PROLATE] [O16] for oblate Ne20, prolate Ne20, and O16, respectively. In each folder: 1. 'auto.rec' and 'auto.fic' are converged record files to restart the calculations. 2. The tomography results are stored in subfolders ...CPDAxy..., where x denotes the isospin of the second particle, y denotes the isospin of the first particle, x, y = 0, 1 for neutron and proton. For each output file ...0.0_[z2pos].out, the digits [z2pos] denotes the position of the second particle. The input file, sharing the same name with the output file it generated but with an extension '.dat', is also placed in the same folder. 3. The projected one-body densities are stored in subfolders ...PZNN... and ...PZPP... for neutrons (NN) and protons (PP), respectively.
