Inside each of these folders, folders PC and PV contain parity conserving and parity violating calculations, respectively. Inside each of these folders, there are folders for each of the Skyrme parametrizations SIII, SKMS, SKOP, SKXC, SLY4, UNEDF0 and UNEDF1. Each one of these folders contain 48 files and the directory called ndkr. The naming of the files follow the following format: 1. th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00-KP-N.dat: These files contain the HFB blocking calculations input files of 229Th for functional FUNC, angular momentum projection Omega denoted by P=2*Omega and configuration label N. For this project, the possible values are FUNC=SIII, SKMS, SKOP, SKXC, SLY4, UDF0 or UDF1, Omega=3/2 or 5/2 and N=1,2 or 3. Parity conserving files will contain a label "-par-" between the HBF and FUNC strings. To each input file .dat listed here, there exists an output file .out. 2. th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00-KP-N.rec: The record files corresponding to the input of item 1. 3. th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00-KP-N.fic: The fields files corresponding to the input of item 1. 4. th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00-KP-N-proj.dat: The input files corresponding to the projection on angular momentum (AMP) and parity (PP, only for the PV calculations). 5. 00M-th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00.wfn: The projected wavefunctions of runs of item 4. The code assigns label M=1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to enumerate different wavefunctions per configuration. 6. N000010-L0MR0M-th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00.ker: The diagonal kernel files corresponding to the input of item 4. Inside each Skyrme-force folder there is the folder ndkr that contains the non-diagonal kernels and mixing calculations. The number of files in these varies depending on the case. The files in these folders are named according to the following format: 7. th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00-KP-N-ndkr.dat: The input files to calculate non-diagonal kernels fixing configuration KP-N as the right state. 8. th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00-KP-N-ndkr-XY.dat: The input files to calculate a single non-diagonal kernel between the wavefunction labels X and Y, as left and right states, respectively. 9. N000010-L0XR0Y-th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00.ker: The kernel files corresponding to the non-diagonal kernels of inputs in items 7 and 8. 10. th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00-KP-N-mix.dat: The input files for the mixing of two blocks of configurations of angular momentum 5/2 and 3/2. 11. th229-HFB-FUNC-g0-00-KP-N-mix-MM_QM-P.dat: The input files for the mixing of configurations of single value P/2 to calculate magnetic and quadrupole moments.
